Boost Your Metabolism BootCamp Workout
Time: 45 minutes
Spend 5 minute with a full body warm-up
Abs Circuit (Non stop 30 sec each)
- Sit ups
- Super man
- Rest 30 sec…
Perform each exercise for 45 sec and rest 15 sec between exercises.
- Dumbbell Squats
- Mountain Climber
- Dumbbell swing
- Dumbbell T Push up
- Split Jumps
- Dumbbell Bent over Row
- Dumbbell Side Lunge
- Push up position Row with dumbbells
- Dumbbell Lunge and Rotate
- Dumbbell shoulder press
Rest 1 to 2 minutes
Repeat from the top 2 more times
