BootCraft turns 2, here’s a present for you

On November 18th 2015, BootCraft opened it’s virtual doors for the first time.

The idea was to help make planning group fitness sessions way easier for busy trainers by giving them access to a database of workout drills that they could search and filter through by type, equipment, time and more.

When it opened there was only 30-something drills on the database.

I didn’t want BootCraft to just be a haphazard collection of drills that trainers had to sift through to find the good one’s, that would defeat the purpose of it.

2 years later of handpicking drills and contributions from the amazing community has led to over 400 drills now available ranging in length from 5 to 45 minutes and in styles from Bodyweight to Kettlebells, Strength to HIT, hardcore Intervals to light-hearted Games. This month we also hit a milestone of 800 active trainers using BootCraft!

BootCraft Birthday Festival

To celebrate BootCraft’s Birthday I wanted to run an online festival over on BootCraft and you’re all invited!

The Festival will run over the entire month of November.

You can join in at any time but it’s best to join now so you don’t miss out on any of the events and attractions.

Here’s what’s included:

Planning Awesome Sessions Course

This 3 part course will show you how to plan amazing workouts in a fraction of the time it normally takes you.

It covers everything from concept to how to organise your workouts for maximum enjoyment and effectiveness.

Weekly DFY (Done-For-You) Workout Plans

Take the pressure off your workout planning over November with 3 DFY workouts per week.

Plus, you’ll be able to see how I’ve tweaked drills off of BootCraft to mesh them together into one seamless workout which will help you with planning your own sessions.

Weekly Group Planning Sessions

Each week I’ll open up the virtual classroom so that we can get out planning done while getting feedback on your ideas.

Instead of planning everything the night before, use these sessions to plan your workouts a whole week at a time.

Weekly Debrief

Here you’ll be able to post your workouts that went well and also see what other trainers have been using.

4 Weeks Free Access to BootCraft

If you’re not already a member of BootCraft, that’s not a problem. As part of the festival you’ll get a free pass.
