Time: 30 minutes
Equipment needed: Dumbbells, Mats
Pair up boot campers. One partner will work while the other one rests, alternating exercises.
For example, in the first round:
- Partner A: Squats
- Partner B: Push Ups
- Partner A: Burpees (while Partner B holds Plank)
On the second time through, partners will switch exercises.
Round 1: Bodyweight Bash (10 rounds)
- 4 Sprints EACH
- 15 Squats
- 10 Push Ups
- 5 Burpees (while partner holds Plank)
Round 2: Weighted Warriors (8 rounds)
- 3 Sprints EACH
- 15 Squat/Overhead Press
- 10 Reverse Lunge/Arm Curl
- 5 Skull Crusher (while partner holds Tabletop)
Round 3: Core Crush (6 rounds)
- 2 Sprints EACH
- 15 Bicycle Crunches
- 10 Heels to Heavens
- 5 Supers
Once complete, let partners take a 1–2 min rest, then have campers repeat by doing 2 rounds of each with only 1 sprint in between as a finisher.
