Todays Indoor workout
circuit 1
Prisoner squat
pushups
alternating lunges
spiderman climb
marine crunches
circuit 2
Burpees
close-grip pushups
bicycle crunches
squat thrust
plank
As a group everyone performs circuit 1.
Each exercise is done for 30 seconds.
rest 90 seconds and repeat.
Then do the same for circuit 2.
Each exercise is done for 30 seconds.
Rest 90 seconds and repeat.
Then Repeat the whole workout again, so basically each circuit is done 4 times.
Replace exercises for less conditioned clients.
Let me know how it goes.... my clients were well worked.
