Timed bootcamp workout -
Please ensure your clients warm up properly.
Set up : Place to cones about 20 meters apart.
Workout : The burpee challenge
Have all the campers stand in a line next to the first cone. They start with 20 burpees then sprint to the second cone and perform 19 burpees. Then sprint back to the first cone and perform 18 burpees. they continue until they get to one rep.
Record their time and save it for future testing.
Have go to exercises for the fast guys, maybe have a cut off time if you have really slow clients.
remember to modify the burpee for injured or unfit clients.
You can finish of with some 50 meter sprints, maybe about 5-10 pending on time.
