Step 1:
Register an account. If you already have an account go to step 3.

Step 2:
Check your email for an approval notice. This make take up to 24 hours as I manually check each new profile to try and filter out spammers.

Step 3:
Once you are signed in, click 'Post New Thread'.

Step 4:
A new screen will load. In the 'Title:' section place the name or a description of your workout. In the large box below paste your workout. Note that some formatting might change so you may need to edit.

Step 5 (optional):
Attach or link to any diagrams needed.

Step 6:
Click 'Submit New Thread'.

Your post should now appear in that forum.
