Hey guys-- I know not complete enough for competition but a fun variation on boring planks I thought I'd share with group.

PLANK RACES/JUMPS: for modification planks can be done from knees.

Create two parallel lines facing each other. Each line is a team. ONE and TWO. All plank at same time.

On trainer’s “GO” command, person from one end gets up and runs to opposite end of his team's line and then planks, once set in plank person yells their team number “ONE” or “TWO”, then the next person (who is now the end of line) jumps up and races to end to plank. Teams go until every person has run and moved their plank to end.

Whichever line gets through all players first WINS. In case of premature number calling (ie . yelling “ONE” on way down into plank/before they are actually set in plank--I have a 5 penalty burpee for entire team--lol ==take my word, it might happen ONCE then never again).

Can also be done as large group w/o competition until all have gone across.
Can also be done as leap frog so instead of running around group they JUMP/HOP over planking players. This aspect does help to keep tushes low in those planks.
