Equipment needed: Light dumbbells
How it works:
Participants complete a dumbbell burpee with a push-up, a plank row, stand up and a shoulder press (a manmaker). The only part that ladders up is the shoulder press.
- DB Burpee + Push Up + Plank Row + 1 shoulder press
- DB Burpee + Push Up + Plank Row + 2 shoulder presses
- DB Burpee + Push Up + Plank Row + 3 shoulder presses
Continue to set 10 (or 12 for fitter participants).
