Circuits make up the bulk of many of our bootcamp workouts. With so much versatility we though that they really needed their own book.
This book is part guide and part collection. It takes you through the different types of circuits you can run beyond the traditional 8-12 stations in a circle as well as a bunch of interesting ways to time your circuits.
Along with that are examples to show you how each type of circuit works with links back to the original drill on BootCraft.
You’ll learn 6 different circuit types and 4 different ways to time your circuits.
Plus, with the help of Lizelle Din we’ve added an Advanced Circuits section to the end of the book showing you how you can really take circuits beyond the basics and make some really cool workouts with them.
