Kris Kringle Workout
- 1 Xmas bag
- 10 Xmas bows or tags with exercise attached
- Attach a piece of paper with an exercise to the tag/bow and place in your xmas bag.
There is 10 different exercises, the types of exercise will depend on the fitness of your group.
Exercises I used:
- 40 squats
- 25 push ups
- 25 burpees
- 20 dips
- 10 get ups
- 20 step ups
- 20 lunges
- 1 minute plank
- 50 butt lifts
One client picks out a “xmas present” (without looking) everyone does the exercise which is on the paper the group then run a lap and the next person picks another present out of the bag. I put the “presents” back in the bag. It was a fun session especially as the burpees kept getting pulled out.
MERRY FITNESS & A HAPPY NEW REAR
Hi Jo Sharp here from Sharp Moves Fitness, I have been in the industry for about 20 years. I am based in Sydney & Bali where I take regular bootcamp and pilates sessions. My aim is for my clients to have and make health and fitness part of their lifestyle.
Kyle Wood created Bootcamp Ideas in 2010 when he was hunting around on the internet for workout ideas. He ran a successful bootcamp in Victoria, Australia and spends his spare time managing this site, adventuring (or lazying) with his wife and find new ways to make bootcamps even better.
